Given our current production capacity at the Demerdash factory of 5,000 doors per month, and based on our market research in Egypt, it has been established that the demand for interior doors is continuously increasing due to the booming real estate sector in Egypt, the growing awareness of modern materials and manufacturing technologies, and the establishment of new urban communities and cities throughout the country. This led to increased demand for these goods, both in domestic and international markets. Consequently, the company decided to establish a large factory, add modern production lines, and introduce new products that were previously manufactured abroad and imported, thus proving that Egyptian products are competitive and even of better quality than imported products.
